Dating (Personals, Match-making)
Online
dating (personals, match-making) services let singles or date-seekers
search for and communicate with others who seek companionship or long-term
relationships.
Some online dating services let members communicate using their cell
phones. They can make postings, send alerts and respond to alerts via
instant message or text message.
Some mobile dating services are an extension of a Web-based social community
and have mobile Web access. Others are a mobile-based service and community.
The cost of posting a profile and searching for others with whom to communicate
ranges from free of charge to premium paid subscription. Plus any cell
phone calling plan charges.
Use your cell phone to show someone your interest in them. Or be available
anywhere anytime to respond to a message. Don't miss another date because
you could not get to your computer or home phone.

WAP. It uses Openwave's Handheld Device Transport Protocol (HDTP) instead
of WAP.
- WML (Wireless Markup Language) – is an open Web markup
language developed by Openwave and based on HDML. WML pages can be viewed
on any mobile device that supports WAP. WML is supported by almost every
mobile phone browser around the world.
